Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for your Listen Health membership. Below is our refund policy:
Conditions for Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your Listen Health membership within two (2) calendar days of purchase; and
- No lab testing has been completed or collected as part of your membership.
A full refund will not be issued if:
- More than two (2) days have passed since your purchase; or
- Any lab tests have been conducted or collected.
Note: All gift purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be offered for gift memberships.
Conditions for Partial Refund
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- You cancel after the two-day window, and/or
- You have received some but not all of your lab tests.
In this case, we will refund:
- The value of any unperformed tests,
- Less the non-refundable Technology Fee charged as part of your membership.
Please note that any lab tests already completed, collected, or in progress cannot be refunded.
Refund Process
To cancel your membership or opt out of renewal, please log into your account atand follow the steps below:
- Locate the support chat feature in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Select "Manage My Membership" from the list.
- Follow the instructions to initiate your cancellation.
- If you do not see "Manage My Membership," please click the home button at the bottom of the chat or exit the current chat using the back arrow at the top.
Please note: The form must be completed to request a cancellation. If you are eligible for a refund, our team will notify you after receiving your request. Please allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation to be processed.
Refund Issuance
If you are eligible for a refund, Listen Health will process it in a timely manner. Please note:
- Refund evaluations may take up to 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Funds may take 10-15 business days to appear in your account after approval.

Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
